Are you a teacher in search of a regular teaching space in Sydney? Or a student looking for a rehearsal space for an upcoming performance?
What about a business looking for venue hire for an upcoming workshop? Maybe you are planning for an upcoming event and looking for a venue to hire in the CBD?

At Connection Studios, we pride ourselves on our policy to welcome all artists and non-artists in need of space, into our community. We have 8 studio spaces available for short or long term rental at times that are convenient to you.

Online Bookings

Please double check your booking information to ensure the correct availability, date, time and rate are showing
Transfers, cancellations or refunds are NOT permitted within 48 hours of your booking time.
All Level 1 Studios, Peak hours are Mon-Sun between 6 pm and 10 pm, all other times are considered to be off-peak
Lower Level will be run as Peak hours at all times. Total price will be shown during booking however PayPal invoice generated by them often doesn’t show the “surcharge” yet you will be charged correct as per booking
For bookings over 4 hours please call Kristy directly on 0416 052 742 or select ‘Book More’ button once first selection has been completed
All party hire bookings require management approval prior to making the booking

By agreeing to use the studio you will be responsible to help keep it tidy and clean for our other patrons, pack away anything you have moved, tidy your garbage by placing in our bins and switch off all lighting, fans and air conditioning after use.

We operate as a community use space so we do not have a reception desk. Please call 0416 052 742 for all help and enquiries.
If required you will be sent a code to enter the studio if the space is not already open.
From time to time if you are one of our last hirers of the night you may be asked to assist in lockup procedure which is a quick check all studios are powered down and main doors are locked.

Teaching at our space

If you are running workshops or events we are happy to help add your event to our FB page and Insta and help you advertise please just email your info to us after you complete your booking we will share the details to our followers.

If you plan to run regular classes on a weekly basis and wish to bulk book for long term we can also arrange monthly invoices. Speak with Kristy our owner at info@connectionstudios.com.au

Important hire information

Please be aware that consideration and respect for both our neighbours and other community members are our number one priority. Therefore, there are a few things that are not permitted in our studios, this includes (but is not limited to), Drumming; Flamenco and Tap dancing. Also, please be aware that all party hire enquiries and bookings need to be directed to management for approval and processing (these bookings should not be made directly on the site).

If you aren’t likely to disturb our other rooms or neighbours, please feel free to check out our 8 studio spaces below and make your booking. Alternatively, if you are unsure, simply contact us to discuss!

Please also note that this is an unstaffed workplace and usually run with keyless entry, we are like the AIRBNB of dance spaces. We have a permanent call centre team waiting to assist you over the phone should you need any assistance during your time at the studio please don’t hesitate to contact us. We do not have a reception area.
